Refunds and unused seats

These rules apply only to in-person instruction we actually offer: the Market Structure Bootcamp, higher-timeframe mapping clinic, structure journaling workshop, private chart walkthrough, and weekend structure review. They do not describe online subscriptions, boxed kits, or courier delivery, because we do not sell those.

Who may ask

The person named on the seat confirmation, or someone writing with that person’s clear authority. Send the request to studio@portalanchorline.click or call +995 599 120 351, and include the sitting date and the name on the attendance list.

Timeframe for a full refund

If you cancel in writing at least seven full days before the first hour of a group sitting (bootcamp, clinic, workshop, or Sunday review), we refund 100% of tuition received for that sitting. Private walkthroughs follow the same seven-day full-refund window, counted from the reserved clock time.

Partial refund

Written notice between seven days and 48 hours before the start: we refund 50% of tuition received. Notice inside 48 hours: no refund of tuition, unless the studio cancels the sitting.

When we cancel

If illness, building closure, or too few confirmed seats means we cannot run the sitting, you receive a full refund of tuition paid for that sitting, or a transfer to a later date if you prefer. We will not keep the money for a week that did not happen.

Bootcamp already begun

Once day one of the five-day bootcamp has started, unused remaining days are not refunded. You may ask to sit the leftover days of a later bootcamp if a chair is free; that transfer is a courtesy, not a right, and expires after three months.

Clinics, workshops, and Sunday reviews

These are single-block sittings. After they begin, tuition is not refunded. Arriving more than 30 minutes late without notice is treated as a no-show.

Private walkthroughs

If you miss the reserved 90 minutes without 48 hours’ notice, the sitting is used. Charts you already sent stay in the studio file for 30 days, then we shred the paper copies.

Deposits

If an invoice asked for a deposit to hold a bootcamp chair, that deposit is part of tuition. It follows the same full/partial/no-refund clocks above. We do not take deposits through this website.

No-shows

A confirmed seat that is empty at start time, with no message, is a no-show. Tuition for that sitting is not returned. We may offer a later chair at full listed price; we do not automatically roll the unused hour.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is allowed if you write at least seven days ahead and the new date has space. A second move is treated as a cancellation under the partial-refund clock unless we caused the change.

Work already started and materials

Printed chart packs, glossary cards, and journal templates handed to you in the room are yours. We do not take them back for credit. If you cancel before any pack is issued, nothing extra is deducted beyond the tuition rules above. We do not refund “for materials not downloaded,” because we do not sell downloads.

How the money comes back

Refunds go by the same method we received (bank transfer or cash receipt). Processing is typically ten working days after we accept the request. Georgian public holidays can add delay. We do not reverse a payment that never happened on this site.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergency or travel shutdown that makes Khoni unreachable may be treated as a seven-day notice even if the calendar is shorter; we decide in writing after you send evidence. This is not a trading-loss exception. Poor results on a later chart are not a refund ground.
