Terms of study

These terms apply to classroom sittings offered by Anchor Line Market Academy at 44 Rustaveli Street, Khoni, Kakheti District, Georgia. By requesting a seat you agree to this page.

What we provide

We provide in-person instruction in reading market structure on charts: naming swings, breaks of structure, change of character, and related paper drills described on the sittings pages. We do not provide brokerage, portfolio management, signals, software licences, or remote video courses unless a sitting description says otherwise — and at present none do.

Enrolment

A seat is confirmed only when the studio answers your request in writing (email or signed note) and, where an invoice is issued, when that invoice is settled by the method named on it. This website does not complete payment.

Student conduct

Phones stay away from the shared table except to photograph your own page. Recording other people requires their consent. Harassment or disruption ends the sitting for that person without a scene; refunds follow the refund page.

Materials

Printed packs issued for a sitting remain yours to keep. The journal template and glossary card may be copied for your personal notes. They may not be republished as a competing course.

No results warranty

Instruction is educational. Markets remain uncertain. We do not warrant profits, avoided losses, or any particular reading on a future chart.

Liability

To the extent Georgian law allows, our liability for a sitting is limited to the tuition paid for that sitting. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
