Private sittings are for questions that do not belong in a group: overlapping swings, news gaps that look like breaks, or a range that keeps failing both edges.
You send up to four chart prints when you request the appointment. The session is conversation and markup, not a signal service and not a managed account.
If you need to reschedule, the refund page explains notice periods. Deposits, when requested by invoice, are handled off this website.
